Established in 1959, HMB AG, a construction giant of the former German Democratic Republic, actively participating in the reconstruction effort of the united Germany, was acquired by TEKFEN in 1993.

Since then, HMB has acted as the German construction arm of Tekfen Group and by joining forces with its group companies has untertaken turnkey construction projects not only in Germany but also in the Middle East, Russia and various CIS countries.

HMB's proven experience in construction projects, coupled with its ability to raise project financing with Hermes coverage, have made HMB a preferred partner in challenging projects.
